To make a reservation, you must call at 1-800-345-1921 and ask for Donna, the front desk supervisor, to let her know you want a room in the VanderMeulen-Winter room block in order to receive the discount rate and room types. Reservations for rooms in our block cannot be placed online. The room block is only for Thursday, July 24th to Saturday, July 26th.
