In the summer of 2023, Kyle and Isaac were both out with friends in Ballard, Washington, when their paths crossed at King’s Hardware. Their tables merged, they sat next to each other, and shared a few easy, casual conversations throughout the night. Kyle headed home early for work the next morning, and that was that. No names exchanged. No numbers shared. Luckily, that same night, Kyle’s friend exchanged numbers with Isaac’s friend. About six weeks later, with a little help from that same friend, Isaac planned a double date, quietly making sure Kyle would be there. When the night finally arrived, Kyle had no idea Isaac would be joining her and her friend for dinner. From the moment they sat down, everything clicked. From that moment on they quickly became inseparable. Not long after, Isaac made the move back to Dallas after spending several years in Seattle. Without hesitation, Kyle packed up her car and joined him in a new city, choosing love with confidence and excitement. Together, they put down roots in a new home, a new city for Kyle, and a future they were eager to grow.
