Disneyland
We both love Disney and realize many of our guests do not live close to the parks. It's a short drive or Uber if you want to enjoy some of California while you're there for the wedding. From the Marriott Irvine Spectrum, Disneyland is only a 15-20 minute drive both ways. Of course, if you’re staying closer to Anaheim, you will be much closer to the Disneyland park.
Balboa Beach and Pier
A great pier along the beach with lots of shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby at the Balboa Fun Zone. Great for families!
Corona Del Mar Beach
Great smaller beach in SoCal with beautiful cliffs and a smaller beachfront with calmer waves.
Laguna Beach
This is where we took our engagement photos. It’s a beautiful beach, one of the most famous beaches in all of Southern California. It is also the closest beach to the Marriott Irvine Spectrum.
Huntington Beach, California
Known as “Surf City USA,” Huntington Beach is one of the most impressive points of interest for any visit to Orange County, and Huntington City Beach might be the best beach.
Bowers Museum
There’s hardly a place finer to experience culture than a museum, and there’s hardly a more impressive museum in Orange County than the Bowers Museum. Operating in its current form since 1992, the Bowers Museum has been designated as “The Best Museum in Orange County” for sixteen straight years by Orange County Register readers. After a day spent here, you’ll likely agree with their adoration. At the Bowers Museum is a deep reverence for what cultures, at home and abroad, have provided through their art.
