Question

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

July 25th, 2026, is the cutoff date for RSVPs. It's also the Matron of Honor's birthday, and she’d love to celebrate with a full guest list.

Question

Where is the ceremony taking place?

Answer

Holy Cross Anglican Church of Abilene 3232 S Willis St, Abilene, TX 79605

Question

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will be unplugged. Please enjoy this special moment fully; our photographer will handle the rest.

Question

Where is the reception taking place?

Answer

The reception will be held at our home in Merkel, TX: 1608 County Rd. 401. Since it will be outdoors in our backyard, we recommend comfortable shoes for dancing and suggest avoiding heels. Due to the intimate nature of the gathering, we are only able to accommodate invited guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Garden Formal Attire: Outdoor evening celebration. Breathable fabrics & grass-friendly footwear recommended. Men are welcome to opt for short sleeves beneath suit jackets. Please avoid shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, sneakers, or anything immodest, as the ceremony will take place in a church. Light, breathable fabrics are recommended for comfort.

Question

Can I bring sneakers to change into for the reception?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be celebrating on grass, and comfort is key. Feel free to bring a pair to change into for dancing. Sneakers, Hey Dudes, boat shoes, cowboy boots are all welcome. We want you to be comfortable.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore little ones, our ceremony and reception are small, intimate gatherings. Only children in the wedding party are invited. Thank you for helping us celebrate in this way.

Question

Do I have a +1?

Answer

Our celebration is an intimate gathering, and each invitation is addressed to the individual or couple we hope to celebrate with. We are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those invited.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Parking for the ceremony is available in the church lot and on nearby streets. For the reception at our home, parking will be available on-site, and someone will be there to help guide you ahead of cocktail hour.

Question

Can we send gifts to your address ahead of time for convenience?

Answer

You are more than welcome to do so. Please give us a heads up though, so we may properly thank you.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. Since we haven’t had a proper housewarming yet, we’re excited to have put together a small registry with a handful of items that will help us start this next chapter in our home. We’ll have the registry fully locked in and linked here before the invitations go out — we’ll make sure everyone has the details then. Thank you so much for thinking of us!
