Our journey began in March 2020 in Tallahassee, FL. Although Francesca grew up in Chicago, IL, and Kyle in Cheshire, CT, our paths led us both to Florida State University. Even as COVID shut much of the world down, we found ways to spend time together and start blending our lives. Cash, our dog, quickly decided Kyle was part of the family, and the three of us have been inseparable. After graduation and new job opportunities, we moved to the Tampa Bay area in early 2022. Our days are full of what makes us happiest—live music, beach volleyball, weekends of sports, and time with family and friends. Everyday moments turned into meaningful memories, from errands to vacations in Chicago, Cheshire, Nashville, Boston, and more. A magical part of our story unfolded on November 11, 2024, when we got engaged in Siesta Key, FL. What was supposed to be a simple sunset photo session—at least that’s what Francesca thought—turned into something much bigger. As we took pictures along the beach, Jill (Kyle’s sister) and Kyle prompted a back-to-back photograph, and when Francesca turned around, he was down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Of course, she said yes. The surprise, the scenery, and the memory created that day are unforgettable. (Special thanks to Jill for the incredible pictures!) Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue building a life together, welcoming a family someday, and creating the traditions that will shape our home. We’re grateful for every moment that brought us here and can’t wait to celebrate our wedding day with our loved ones.
