A shuttle bus service will be provided from the Inn at Pelican Bay to the Welcome Party (Riverwalk). After the Welcome Party, shuttle buses will bring guests back to the Inn at Pelican Bay. Pick up at Inn at Pelican Bay is located across the hotel parking lot near CVS. A representative from the shuttle company will help guide guests to the shuttles. Please arrive to the shuttles early! Pick up at Inn at Pelican Bay: 7:30pm sharp Pick up at Welcome Party (Riverwalk): 10:00pm

A shuttle bus service will be provided from the Inn at Pelican Bay to the Ceremony (The Club at Mediterra). After the Reception, shuttle buses will bring guests back to the Inn at Pelican Bay and to the after party at Irish Times. Pick up at Inn at Pelican Bay is located across the hotel parking lot near CVS. A representative from the shuttle company will help guide guests to the shuttles. Please arrive to the shuttles early! Pick up at Inn at Pelican Bay: 4:30pm sharp Pick up at Reception (The Club at Mediterra): 10pm & 11pm

$300/night ($259 + $40 resort fee) Call hotel directly to book (239-597-8777). Mention "Smyth" or "Wimley" wedding to get the discounted rate above. Please book your hotel rooms ASAP, as the reservations are first come first served (and there might be other weddings staying there that weekend). The cutoff date for guests to make their reservations at the discounted rate is Tuesday, April 8, 2025. The $40 resort fee includes complimentary breakfast, pool, 24 hour fitness center, shuttle to the beach, parking, and other amenities (bicycles, beach chairs, towels & umbrellas). Inn at Pelican Bay offers free cancellations up until 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.

Traveling to Naples, FL
We recommend flying into Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). RSW is a ~30 min drive to Inn at Pelican Bay.
