What time do the shuttles leave at the designated hotels on the way to the venue?

Answer

Be ready to meet the shuttle at 2:45 unless you are at the Delta Marriott! The Comfort Inn: 2:50pm The Hawthorne Suites: 3:00pm The Delta Marriott: 3:15pm

Where do I go when we arrive?

Answer

Please park in the main parking lot (up a hill with a lot of parking spots). There is a separate shuttle that will bring you to the cocktail hour/bus stop location for service to the ceremony area.

Where do I specify my dinner option?

Answer

You don't! We are having a buffet dinner, so you can choose whatever you want, and get however much you want of it! Please reach out to one of us if you have concerns about the food options.

Question

What happens if I/we miss the hotel shuttle?

Answer

No worries! The venue has stated that guests may park on-site, and retrieve their vehicles the following morning. There will be additional shuttles in the evening to get folks back to the hotels!
