FAQs

Question

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 1, 2026. We must finalize numbers on that date, and unfortunately cannot hold unconfirmed places afterward.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Click on the RSVP tab at the top of this page. Enter the full name of only one member of your party. You will be able to RSVP for the remaining members of your party on the following pages.

Question

What time does the ceremony start and what time does the reception end?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Doors will open to guests at 3pm. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you are not late! The reception ends at 10pm!

Question

What time does the hotel shuttle leave the hotel before the wedding and leave the venue after it's over?

Answer

The shuttle will leave the Baymont hotel promptly at 2:30pm. The shuttle will leave the venue to take guests back to the hotel at 10pm.

Question

Is everything at the same location?

Answer

Yep! Both the ceremony and reception will be at Goldman Ranch. The ceremony will take place outside in the pasture and the cocktail hour/reception inside of the venue.

Question

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you decide to drive yourself instead of taking the shuttle, there is parking in front of the venue!

Question

Can I take photos and videos at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be technology-free so that our guests are present in the moment with us. Once the ceremony is over, everyone can take all the photos and videos they want!

Question

Can I bring my kid(s) to the wedding?

Answer

We are hosting an adults-only ceremony and reception. We politely request that no children attend to allow all guests, including parents, a night of fun.

Question

Do I get a +1?

Answer

Only guests named on the invitation/RSVP page are invited. We are unable to accommodate additional +1s. Thanks for understanding!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is dressy casual. For the ladies, think sundresses, pastels/lighter colors, florals, boots, chunky heels (stilettos not recommended as the ceremony will be outside on the grass). For the guys, dress pants, button downs, tie, dress shoes (you can wear a suit if you'd like)! It is hot and humid in Tennessee this time of year, so dress accordingly!

Question

What kind of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

There will be a grazing table at cocktail hour (meats, cheeses, nuts, crackers, fruit) followed by a buffet dinner. There will be chicken, beef, and an assortment of gluten-free/nut-free/vegetarian sides available. There will be dessert table as well.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Duh, of course. We'll have wines, beers, and liquors available.
