Any hotel discounts?

Answer

The Cape Fox lodge has provided a discount to guests staying for the wedding. Call to book and mention you are part of the "20' Reed & Lane Wedding" and you will receive a discounted room. The hotel has blocked 15 rooms, an even mix of mountain view king size and mountain view double rooms. The King rooms are $220+tax per night while the Double beds are $228.00+tax per night. These rates are available June 25th - 28th.

Transportation?

Answer

Ketchikan has a fantastic bus system that is easy to understand as there is only 1 main highway. If you ride the bus to downtown you can take the trolley located on Creek Street directly up to the Cape Fox Lodge. There is also a lovely trail up to the lodge called married mans trail that takes about 5-10 minutes to walk.

What type of food will be at the reception?

Answer

We will be having Prime Rib and Alaskan Halibut. There will be salad, fingerling potatoes, hot crab and brie dip, and several other appetizers.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will be providing 1 Keg of Alaskan White and 1 Keg of Angry Orchard hard cider. There will be a bar where guests can purchase there own alcohol. There will be champagne for toasts, There will be a Juice bar, water, and coffee for anyone not drinking alcohol.
