We have a room block with Halcyon Hotel. Please click 'View' below to book with our room block. If you wish to extend your stay, the room block is available at the discounted rate 3 days before and after the wedding. The link below hasn't been cooperating to book dates outside of 10/2-10/4, so in order to utilize the discounted rate for an extended stay we recommend initially booking for 10/2-10/4 through that link and then reaching out to Emily Duzs at eduzs@halcyonhotelcherrycreek.com (P: 720-772-5015) to extend your stay before or after those dates. If you have any questions please reach out to Elizabeth or Kyle! The Halcyon is about 20 minutes from our wedding venue. We're planning to provide shuttle transportation to and from the venue for guests staying in Cherry Creek. We’ll share more details closer to the date once we have a better idea of how many people will be using it. Instead of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we’ll be hosting welcome drinks and light appetizers on the rooftop of the Halcyon at Rare Bird. We’d love for everyone to stop by and kick off the weekend with us! There are a few hotels in the area of the hotel/venue as well.

We have another another room block at the Moxy Hotel in Cherry Creek, conveniently located a block away from our main hotel, the Halcyon. The Moxy is a modern micro-hotel, which means the rooms are stylish and efficiently designed—smaller in size, but smartly laid out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We’re planning to provide shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue, and the Moxy will be within easy walking distance of the pickup location at the Halcyon. More details to come once we have a better sense of how many guests plan to use it! Shuttle
October 3, 2025 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will pick up guests at 3:30 PM in front of the Halcyon Hotel in Cherry Creek. (For those staying at the Moxy, it’s just a quick 4-minute walk down the street.) The shuttle will depart the venue at 9:15 PM for guests wishing to head back early. At the end of the night, the 10:30 PM shuttle will make two stops: first at Milwaukee Street Tavern for those who’d like to keep the celebration going at a casual after-party, and then back at the Halcyon.
