In late May, Escondido is usually mostly sunny with highs around 74°F with an average temperature of 63°F and an average low of 56°F. The wedding venue will have both indoor and outdoor space.

The wedding guest dress code is formal attire (black tie optional). Men attire suggestions: black tie, suit, dress pants Women attire suggestions: floor length gowns, fancy cocktail dress, dressy pantsuit

Valet parking will be available on site along with security. Cars may be left on property overnight and picked up between 10am and 12pm the following morning. The venue is also accessible by Uber or taxi.

We're keeping our wedding celebration intimate, so please only bring the guest listed on your invitation/RSVP.

While we love all children, due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate children of close family members. Please note that only children specifically listed on the invitation/RSVP are invited.

Please aim to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time on the invitation to ensure enough time to find your seat and settle in before the processional begins. Traffic can be unpredictable, so always plan extra time for your commute and check traffic updates.

The ceremony will be in the Woodland Grotto at Ethereal Gardens. After valet parking, security will direct you to the ceremony location.

Specific seating arrangements will be reserved for immediate family and will be directed and seated by ushers. For other guests, kindly sit on either side of the aisle on unreserved seating.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Cocktail lounge and reception tent are both located at Ethereal Gardens. Security, staff, and members of the wedding party will direct guests to designated areas at the venue.

Please enjoy our complimentary open bar throughout the evening. Drinks will be served by on site bartenders from 5-9:30 pm. Please be sure to bring your ID and a little cash for bartender tips.

There will be assigned seating and seating chart available for guests at the dinner reception.
