Sister of the bride and witness to our first kiss (which was supposed to be private - thanks, Shannon). Caity and Shannon share a quirky sense of humour that only sisters can truly understand. Caity is so grateful to have Shannon by her side and can't imagine getting married without her! We are honoured to have Shannon as the Maid of Honour in our ceremony.
Mike Studenny
Best Man
Caity and Kyle have shared many a boardgame night, backyard bonfire, and roadtrip to Niagara on the Lake with Mike and his wife, Alicia. Mike grills a mean burger and is always there to lend a helping hand. Caity and Kyle love spending time with the Studenny fam and can't wait to make more memories together. Kyle is honoured to have Mike stand with him as his Best Man!
Emily Fischer
Bridesmaid
Caity's oldest friend, Emily has been a large part of the bride and groom's lives since the inception of their relationship. Caity cherishes time spent laughing and catching up with Emily over pasta dinners, cups of coffee, and while draining the battery in Emily's dad's truck (sorry about that). We couldn't imagine our special day without her and we're so lucky to have her as a bridesmaid!
Joel Kennedy
Groomsman
Joel has been many things to the bride and groom over the past decade: Co-worker, friend, and co-star of an imaginary sitcom called "Caity and the Boys" set to premiere on all major streaming services this fall. Kyle and Joel's friendship is rooted in computers and video games and Caity and Joel's friendship is rooted in annoying Kyle by taking jokes too far. We are very happy to have him serve as a groomsman for our ceremony!
Alicia Studenny
Bridesmaid
The Studennys (Studennies? Studenni?) are Caity and Kyle's closest couple friends and favourite board game partners. Alicia and her husband, Mike, even helped Kyle pop the question by playing surprise photographers the day he proposed! Caity and Alicia go all the way back to elementary school and we are so fortunate that she's become a lifelong friend for us both. We are thrilled to have Alicia as a bridesmaid!
Stephanie Van Bommel
Bridesmaid
A close friend of the bride and groom, Stephanie will be serving as one of Caity's bridesmaids. She has been a wealth of wedding knowledge for Caity during the wedding planning process and her enthusiasm and excitement for us has been very touching and so appreciated. We are very lucky to have Stephanie as a bridesmaid.
