While they didn't meet each other at the office - the corporate world brought them together. Kyle left KPMG a few months before Caitlin started, but lucky for both of them, his drive kept him coming back.. for the volleyball. Caitlin joined the KPMG volleyball team, trying to embrace the work-life balance. Kyle continued to play because, well, sports are life. The same co-worker who invited Caitlin to the volleyball team, was the one who got Kyle to come back, even after he left KPMG (special shoutout Kendall for the unintentional matchmaking). They played volleyball together for *multiple* seasons before Caitlin finally realized Kyle was too shy to make the first move. Caitlin took a shot and asked Kyle out for drinks and they hit it off immediately. So much so, they even met up the next day at a Kenny Chesney concert that they both went to with their families. To both of their surprise, a few members of Kyle's family (they know who they are) took the opportunity to introduce themselves to Caitlin right away. Don't worry, that didn't scare her off. A second date was planned for that same week and they've been inseparable ever since. The rest, as they say, is history. From volleyball partners, to life partners... not a bad upgrade!
