Guests should arrive early enough to be seated by 2:00pm for the ceremony and 5:15pm for the reception. Please note there will be golf carts onsite to assist with mobility between locations.

Sylvan Lake offers many hotel and Airbnb options for guests. We recommend booking early to secure your stay, as accommodations in the area can book up quickly.

A toonie bar will be available throughout the evening.

What should I know about the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by a reception in a tented outdoor setting on a private golf course. We recommend footwear suitable for grass and outdoor terrain.

Yes, there is parking available onsite. However, guests are not permitted to leave their vehicles overnight.
