Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both events will take place at the Beauport Hotel.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the hotel block locations, and the Beauport Hotel offers a shuttle at the end of the night within a 3-mile radius. If you plan to use Uber or ride-shares, please schedule ahead of time as they are hard to come by in Gloucester! There are 2 taxi services in town: Gloucester Taxi & Livery Service Inc. (978) 283-0099 or Fisherman’s Taxi (978) 283-1600.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! There is a parking lot at the Beauport with valet services. Overnight parking is available for guests who choose to stay at the Beauport.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. We recommend arriving by 4:30PM to allow plenty of time to find your seat and get settled.

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, followed by an indoor reception.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. With ocean views comes an ocean breeze, so we suggest a light jacket or shawl for later in the evening.

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy a night out with us!

Is there an after-party?

Answer

Yes! The party doesn’t stop at the reception. The Beauport Hotel bar will be open until midnight, just steps away for anyone who wants to keep celebrating with us.
