We're so excited you will be joining us in Playa Del Carmen! We know traveling for a wedding can come with a lot of questions, so we will try our best to consolidate them here. Where is the wedding taking place?

Guests will stay at Playacar Palace, A luxury 4‐star beachfront oasis featuring: - Spacious rooms with whirlpool tubs - All meals, drinks & 24‐hour room service included - Wi‐Fi, smart TVs & premium amenities - Balcony, mini‐bar, robes & slippers - Unlimited calls to the U.S., Mexico & Canada. Please note: While it is Kid Friendly (they stay free!), the ceremony and reception will be limited in space and Adults only. They are welcome to come if you want to arrange childcare on our big day (Aunties, Uncles, Grandparents) or if they are old enough to take care of themselves - would love to see them during the trip!

There are two categories: Superior Deluxe Partial Ocean View Superior Deluxe Ocean View Both offer 1 King bed or 2 Double beds (bed requests are noted but not guaranteed). How many nights are included? The group package includes 4 nights of accommodations, but if you would like to stay more or less, just let our travel advisor (Aarti Patel) know. What’s included in my stay? Every room includes:

 ✔️ Mini-bar stocked with sodas, beer, juices & water

Pricing & Payments

Answer

Rates are per person, per night and vary by occupancy and view category. Example price ranges: Partial Ocean View double occupancy: starting at $405 per night (Prices vary based on occupancy & category.) Ocean View double occupancy: starting at $455 per night (Prices vary based on occupancy & category.) Do kids stay free? Yes! Children ages 0–17 stay free when sharing a room with two paying adults. Due to space limitations, the wedding and reception will be Adults only. Will I have extra taxes or fees? Yes, guests pay: Environmental sanitation tax of approx. $1.27 USD per room per night, collected by the hotel. Do I need to pay a deposit? A $100 deposit is required per room to secure your reservation. You can choose to make payments towards your reservation, or pay it all at once. When is the final payment due? Final names, rooming assignments, flight information, and full payment are due 85 days before travel. What if I cancel? 45 days before arrival: Cancellations become non-refundable. Name changes are not allowed once submitted — ticket changes require new purchase if applicable.

Travel & Transportation

Shared round‑trip airport transfers: $62 per person. Private transfers available. Do I need a passport? Yes. All U.S. travelers must have a valid passport when entering Mexico. 
 Your passport must:
 ✔️ Be valid for at least 6 months after return travel
 ✔️ Have available blank pages for entry stamps How do I send flight details? Flight information is required for all guests once provided to the agent to arrange transfers and reservations. Please book flights at least 3 months prior to traveling.

Activities, Spa & Extras

Answer

Most activities are included. Extra costs may apply for spa services, golf, and motorized water sports. Guests may receive discounts: up to 40% off golf, 15% off spa, plus a $250 resort credit (restrictions apply). WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED? The following items are not included unless specified:
 ✘ Flights & baggage fees
 ✘ Transfers (unless purchased)
 ✘ Spa services, golf, or premium activities (although discounts are offered) ✘ Souvenirs, laundry, décor, private event upgrade fees

Insurance is optional but available as a future travel credit policy (cash-back plans do not apply to groups).
