June 7, 2025 @ DC Estate Winery, South Beloit 5pm-11pm. 430-500 Guests enter & Find Seats 500 Ceremony Begins Outdoors 500-530 Ceremony 530-630 Cocktail Hour -Reception Begins/Bar Closes. 640pm- Intros: Bride & Groom 650- First Dance 655pm- Cake Cutting 7pm-Salads served 715pm- Speeches. 720: Salads cleared & Entrees served 740pm- Father/Daughter Dance and Mother/Son Dance 745-Bar reopens… 750pm- Blues Brothers Performance. 8pm- Open Dancing Begins. 9:15pm Dessert Served 10:00pm- Late Night Snack. 1035pm- Last Call for Alcohol. 1045pm- Bar Closes 11pm- Hard Stop for Music. How many hotel room blocks are there?
Answer
We have 4 hotel room blocks secured to accommodate everyone. Hotel Goodwin & Ironworks Hotel are across the street from each other downtown Beloit. Hampton Inn and Home 2 Suites by Hilton are also across the street from each other. They are 8 mins away from the other hotels & the venue. You can find all the necessary hotel booking information under “Travel” on our website.
Question
If I already RSVP’d through the QR code on ZOLA do I still need to mail in RSVP envelope?
Answer
No. If you already RSVP’d and made your meal selections then we do not need your RSVP mailed. We also neglected to add stamps to the RSVP’s lol so our apologies. We wanted to send everyone an RSVP still so you have something tangible to reference still.
