Starting today, you can RSVP right here on our website by clicking the RSVP tab! Kindly submit your RSVP by May 30, 2025. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible, as this helps us coordinate with our vendors. Seating is limited, so if you do not respond by this deadline, then we will unfortunately not have the appropriate time needed to provide seating or a meal for you.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm. We encourage everyone to arrive about 30 minutes early so you don't miss any of the special moments!
The parking lot area closest to the venue entrance will be reserved for those with mobility issues- please let us know if this applies to you (or anyone in your party). Follow directional signs to the check-in area, and you will be directed where to park! Watch for our people wearing reflective vests :)
Having cash on hand or a Venmo account (search Anna-Jordan-433 on Venmo) will add to the fun of the games available during our reception!
Yes, it is! We kindly ask that you silence your mobile devices and refrain from using them (for photos, videos, calls, alarms, etc.) during the ceremony. We want to fully enjoy the moment together will all of you, without distractions or interfering with our talented photographers. However, after the ceremony is over, please feel free to capture all the fun and share your photos and/or videos by using this link to the Google Photos Album we will be using https://photos.app.goo.gl/xkZheGnPEC3h1GDU6 ! We can't wait to see what you capture!
If you have any dietary restrictions or needs, please reach out to us to confirm that we are aware of the specifics so we can effectively communicate them with our caterer. They will do their best to work with such needs, but please understand they may not be able to accommodate every need.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy celebrating our special day with us! Please keep in mind, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Slight modifications will be made in the event of rain, but we would like to be outside as much as possible to utilize the beautiful grounds our venue has to offer. Comfortable footwear is encouraged, as much of the venue grounds have gravel paths and grassy areas.
While we'd love to invite every single person in our lives, our venue has a capacity limit (and our bank account agrees). So, we must stick to the guest list as is. Unfortunately, not all guests are able to bring a plus one. If a plus one is included, it will be noted in the RSVP section of the website. We kindly ask that you respect our wishes, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
