Is there transportation from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle to take guests to/from the venue/hotels. Due to limited time before the wedding and limited shuttle seating, we also have Uber vouchers to help get guests to the venue in time for the start of the wedding. You can also drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking! Please see the Travel page for more details.

How long do I have to book my hotel rooms?

Answer

The last day to book rooms in the block with the guaranteed rate are: Hampton Inn & Suites: 26 July 2022 Residence Inn by Marriott: 12 July 2022 You can always book rooms at these hotels after these dates, but it will be subject to market rates and availability. Please see the Travel page for more details.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is adults only. We have made a handful of exceptions that are extended to immediate family, members of the wedding party, and families who have nursing children. If your children are listed on your RSVP page, we invite you to bring them, otherwise we ask that you make other arrangements. Please contact us if you have a specific situation you would like to discuss with us!
