What is the closest airport to the venue?

Answer

Ontario International Airport (ONT) and Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) are both less than an hour from the Venue. We strongly recommend flying into Ontario. Long Beach Airport (LGB) and John Wayne Airport (SNA) are both 1.5 - 2 hours away. Long Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the furthest away, but largest airport with most flight options. If your travel plans require a flight into LAX, please contact Kyle and Amy.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Please no white, champagne, or especially light or bright colors. Preferred colors below: Maroon/Red Sage Green Terracotta/Taupe

How do we get to the wedding venue?

Answer

The only way to access the venue for the ceremony and reception is via Shuttle, departing from Wilshire's Apple Shed in Oak Glen, Yucaipa, CA. For Guests Staying at La Quinta, there will be a shuttle bringing guests to and from the Apple Farm. There will also be plenty of parking at Los Rios Rancho Apple Farm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outside

Answer

We will be having the ceremony outside, dinner inside, then post-dinner events will be both inside and outside.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at more than one hotel?

Answer

For now, we are only blocking rooms at the La Quinta. Please feel free to explore other accommodations in the area if you prefer a different stay.
