Question
When should I RSVP? How do I RSVP?
Answer
Formal invitations will be mailed out early 2025. Please RSVP no later than Saturday, April 19th, 2025. Please respond on the RSVP tab of this website*. We can't wait to see you! *If we receive no response by April 19th we will assume you are unable to attend and will be marked "Declined".

What do I wear?
Answer
Formal Attire. Spring colors encouraged! Men should wear a suit/dress shirt (with a tie or bowtie please) and women wear a dress or dressy separates. Cocktail dress or floor-length is up to you! *NO JEANS/HATS (including cowboy hats) /CASUAL CLOTHING OF ANY KIND please :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please be seated for the ceremony no later than 5:20 pm. The doors will close to be seated 5 minutes prior to the start of our ceremony. After doors close, you will not be able to enter the ceremony space.

We are keeping our wedding day an adults only event.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If a plus one has been given to you, then your invitation will be made out to both you and your guest. We have created our guest list and seating chart based on our venue's capacity. We can only accommodate those named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

My significant other can’t come. Can I bring someone else in their place?
Answer
No. Only those named on the invitation can attend.

Is there parking at your venue?
Answer
Yes there is plenty of free parking at the The Cincinnati Club! Instructions: The Garfield Parking Garage located at 13 West 9th Street is for events held at The Cincinnati Club. The entrance to The Cincinnati Club is located on the west side of the garage on level 5A. You can park on any level and take the stairs to this level. If a staff member is not there to greet you, upon entering you will see a call box on the left, follow the instructions to call the security guard and he will buzz you in. You will follow the hallway to the elevators. Take the elevator to the ground floor and a staff member will direct you to our party.
