Is there parking available at Woodland Hollow (Annie Acres)

Answer

Woodland Hollow will coordinate parking to allow guests access to the venue. Guests will be shuttled to the venue. Please remember that the venue is separate from the parking area and you will need to allow time to be transported to "The Barn". There will be parking at the main entrance of the farm, but no vehicles will be allowed to travel up to the venue as there is no parking allowed.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Annie Acres is a beautiful, working farm. While parking is available at the main entrance, all guests will be shuttled up to the ceremony site. Please plan to arrive early, as the last shuttle will depart at 3:15 PM to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:45 PM. To help everything run smoothly, we kindly ask that no one arrive late or attempt to drive up to the venue during the ceremony. Guests who arrive after that time will need to wait until the ceremony concludes before being shuttled up. We appreciate your understanding and recommend arriving early to avoid missing any part of the celebration.

A little bit of both! October in Nashville is pleasantly warm, but will cool off as the sun goes down.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We're thrilled to share our special day with you! For the occasion, please wear formal wedding or cocktail attire-dresses, or dressy separates for women, and suits or blazers for men.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will wrap up at 10:00 PM, but the night doesn't have to end there! Nashville's vibrant scene has something for everyone-whether you're into live music on Broadway, craft cocktails, or dancing the night away.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

Answer

Woodland Hollow is a non-smoking facility. No smoking is allowed inside the buildings. The outdoor tobacco smoking area is designated where they are conveniently placed receptacles. No smoking of marijuana is permitted on the premises at any time.
