Question

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony and reception?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all devices and do NOT take photos during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and will be happy to share those photos at a later date. During the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

Can I bring a plus one?

Unless specified on your invitation or RSVP, we kindly ask that you do not bring an additional guest. We are excited for you to join us in celebration!

Do you have a registry?

Yes! Our registry is right here on our Zola website. You can find that on the “Registry” tab on the home page of our website.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a cocktail hour following the ceremony, and a cash bar will be available during the reception. Please drink responsibly and celebrate safely with us!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4 pm. We ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to ensure everyone is seated in plenty of time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not officially! We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration. That said, our wedding colors are brown, beige, rose gold, and other warm fall tones—so feel free to coordinate if you'd like to match the vibe!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

While our ceremony and reception will be at The Arlington Hotel, there are other hotels in the area within walking distance or short drive away. If you are interested in staying at The Arlington Hotel, please call the front desk at (501) 623-7771 to book a room in the "Green/Shalmy" wedding block. You can find hotel options in the “Travel” section in our website!

Where Can We Park?

Answer

Valet parking is available at The Arlington Hotel for an additional cost. If you prefer not to use valet, there is public parking throughout downtown Hot Springs. Please note that parking enforcement is in effect Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Downtown Hot Springs now uses a “Mobile Pay to Park” system.
