Question
Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?
Answer
There will not be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue. Please arrange a ride ahead of time. We highly suggest carpooling!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Plenty of parking is available at the venue. Parking is on a mowed grass field. There will be a parking attendant present one hour prior to the ceremony to direct guests where to park. Fig Hollow Barn has also strung cafe lights for safety when guests leave. Vehicles are not permitted to remain on the property overnight. All guests, including your vehicles must be off the property by 10:30 pm so please make sure you have a designated driver.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
Our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. The only children who will be at the wedding are the ones who have been chosen to be in our wedding party.

Please RSVP by no later than August 30th. We are so excited for our special day!

Am I allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask that no one take pictures during our ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will be taking pictures the entire time and want her to have the best possible environment to take beautiful pictures. Once the ceremony is completed, you are more than welcome to take pictures!

Is smoking permitted?
Answer
Fig Hollow Barn does not permit smoking or vaping in the barn or on the premises except for one designated area that is outside the front entrance and to the right.

What is the bathroom situation?
Answer
There will be a high end luxury 6 station ADA compliant port-a-potty trailer. It is disguised to look like it is part of the building.

Is the barn heated or does it have air conditioning?
Answer
Fig Hollow Barn does not have air conditioning or heat. The ceilings are close to 30 feet tall and the concrete floor keeps the space extremely comfortable. The barn also does have 60 feet of glass along the back of the venue that are 15 feet tall and they completely open to allow air to flow nicely on warm days and to close on colder days. The wedding will be in mid-October so you really don't know what the weather is going to be like.
