When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 11, 2026, so we can finalize our guest count and details with the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome to join us. Please keep in mind that our venue has water features, animals, and areas to climb, which may pose safety risks. We kindly ask parents and guardians to supervise their children at all times, as the venue cannot be responsible for their care.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

the ceremony starts at 3pm sharp. All guests will be shuttled to the ceremony site. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss your ride! Unfortunately, anyone who misses the shuttle will not be able to attend the ceremony. Thank you for helping us keep the day running smoothly

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in dressy casual attire and use our wedding as a reason to look your best. Our wedding party’s colors are navy, gold, and burgundy, but you do not need to match or include these in your outfit. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, and dresses in white, off-white, or gold

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space and arrangements, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those addressed on the invitation. We thank you for respecting our wishes.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A block of 15 rooms has been reserved for our guests at The Delta Hotel. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and the wedding venue. To guarantee a room within the block, please make your reservation before September 11, 2026. If you plan to book, kindly let us know so we may confirm your place on the shuttle list.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions as soon as possible so we can share them with our caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the ceremony and there will be golf carts and shuttle buses for anybody who has mobility issues.
