It is located 5 minutes away from our wedding location. 2150 Buttermilk Hill Road Delaware, OH HIGHBANKS METRO PARK -Another great park in our area to enjoy nature with your furry friend and family. This is located 25 minutes away from our wedding location. ALUM CREEK STATE PARK BEACH - A great place to go for some fun in the sun! Complete with ice cream trucks, a playground, and a dog beach nearby. No lifeguard on duty. This is about 30 minutes from our wedding location. Going to the Olentangy Indian Caverns is a must-see for those who enjoy Native American history and a great hike! What Kyle and Elena love most about this activity is that the trails are within the caverns where the Olentangy Indians once resided. You can call ahead and ask for a tour, or explore on your own. This is roughly 23 minutes away from our wedding location.
If you're a sports buff like Kyle is, this attraction would be a touchdown for the whole family! The Pro Football Hall of Fame is an estimated 2 hour drive from our wedding location.
Central Ohio is home to multiple craft breweries. Some of Kyle's favorite go-to spots in Delaware, OH are Staas Brewing Company, Restoration Brew Worx (Kyle used to be the sous chef here), Old Dog Alehouse and Brewery, and Barley Hopsters. We went to see Toy Story 4 here for our first date. We had a blast! It is a historic theater located right in Downtown Delaware, and our small-town community loves it.
