We love kids and do not mind them to be present for our day but we do want to make it clear that there will be alcohol at this event and dancing. If you have very small children or children that would be bothered in this environment we understand your choice to keep them with a babysitter. We want our adult guests to enjoy themselves! Also children that become noisy during our ceremony will need to be removed from the event as to not disturb others.
If your invitation says 'and guest' feel free to bring a date.
Although we do not expect guests to be in formal tux's and gowns this will be a nice event. Please do not wear sweatpants, pajamas, tee shirts, ripped jeans, etc. Most importantly we do want our guests comfortable in the August heat. Short sleeve button downs, slacks, maxi dresses, cocktail dress, and jumpsuits are all good options. We will be having an outside reception so it may be best to leave the stilletos at home and opt for a flat shoe or block heel.
There is a pool on site but the answer to this question is no. No one may swim in the pool or hot tub during the wedding and reception. There will be plenty of icy beverages to cool off with instead.
ABSOLUTELY! Loosen your tie, kick off your heels, and let lose. Join us for drinks and dancing all night long. I truly want our wedding to feel like a mini vacation for our guests. No bad or disruptive behavior will be tolerated by anyone. Guests may be asked to leave by wedding party OR property manager at any time.
