Are Kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are saying the "dress code" is casual. With the ceremony and reception both being outdoors to varying degrees, we want you all to feel as comfortable as possible. But we also are not turning away anyone who decides to go with a little more formal look. Just no tuxedo or ball gowns please.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

This time of year in Wisconsin can bring a variety of weather. As the sun sets it will begin to be colder and we do suggest having another layer with. Rain could be a possibility during this time of year so we also suggest traveling with a rain coat/umbrella but hopefully neither will be needed!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The Ceremony is at Elmaro Vineyards, N14756 Delaney Rd, Trempealeau, WI 54661. The Reception will be taking place at Kari and Jerry Marley's backyard, N10832 McDonah Lane, Trempealeau, WI 54661. We will be offering a shuttle from La Crosse to the ceremony and reception.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outdoors at Elmaro vineyards. The reception is also happening outdoors but under a tent and we will be providing bug spray and heat lamps as well. With both being outdoors, we recommend brining an extra layer for night time.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony guests are welcome to enjoy a glass of wine at Elmaro or go to the reception and enjoy a beverage and appetizers there before the wedding parties grand entrance. We don't expect there to be enough time for guests to drive back to La Crosse before the reception. Please just consider this when leaving for the ceremony so you have everything you would need.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When filling out the RSVP it will let you know if you have a plus one or not. Some families it will say there is a plus one and additional guests.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have a block at the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown La Crosse. Address: 511 3rd St N, La Crosse, WI 54601. Phone# 608-791-4004. The Group name for the block is the Marley-Reed Wedding. Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Drinks and dinner will be served at the reception. For drinks we are offering a hosted bar of Elmaro wines and a couple of keg beer options. We will not be serving any hard-liquor and will not allow any to be brought in by guests. We will be offering a meat entree and a vegetarian entree as well that you will be able to choose when RSVPing.

Will transportation be provided to and from hotel, ceremony, reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle service running from the Hampton Inn & Suites (La Crosse) to the ceremony and to the reception.
