What about COVID-19?

Answer

Great Question! While most in our families are fully vaccinated, we understand some may not be comfortable with getting the COVID-19 vaccine. If this is the case, we ask that you provide a negative covid-19 test within 48 hours of the event. The doorman will have a list of our attendees and will be checking at the door. This is not to make you feel uncomfortable. We understand your hesitations, but we do want to make sure we keep the health and safety of all our guests as a top priority. When do you need my RSVP?

Answer

We need to give a full order of food one month prior to the event. If we do not have an RSVP for you by 11/12/21 we will assume you are not coming. We will miss you, but know there will be time to celebrate in the future!

How long is the event?

Answer

This event will run from 3:30pm-9:30pm. The Ceremony will start at 4pm with cocktail party and reception to follow. You will be provided with dinner, drinks, dessert and even more food to keep the night going!

Are Children Invited?

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate children in the wedding party. Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions in order to keep our loved ones safe.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there is an open bar! Please plan your journey accordingly and remember to make sure you are ending up safely in bed! We will be staying at The Millennium Biltmore, one night there is cheaper than a DUI.

Is there Parking?

Answer

Parking is directly next to the venue in a secured structure monitored by security. This is paid for! If you choose to Uber (this is highly suggested) you will be able to get from DTLA Hotels in about 6 minutes. Make sure you plan ahead if you are Ubering. This may also mean you need to check-in to your hotels early due to the "START TIME" of our event.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

We found that the room blocks at the Millennium Biltmore in DTLA does not give as much of a discount as we'd like, however, you can sign up for a membership for a discounted Room rate. They are newly refurbished and have a direct route up 6th street to Carondelet House. Parking is $45 a night. There are also other options for rooms in DTLA.
