We met in college, where we both attended Texas A&M University. We both had a membership at the same gym & I always would tell my friends every time I saw Kye that he was my “gym crush”. Fast forward after many times of seeing each other without having the courage to say anything to each other, Kye ended up messaging me on Instagram (I know… lol), where we talked back and forth a few times until he finally asked for my phone number. We ended up setting up our first date, which was working out together. We continued this for a while until he decided to take me on a real date ;) which was sushi (one of our favorite foods to eat), which he also took me to eat the day he proposed. We are now going on year 5 together, been through COVID & the freeze that happened a couple years ago and our relationship survived! Woohoo! Now here we are getting married, as everyone says….FINALLY!
I saw Hannah at the gym and thought to myself “That is THE most beautiful girl I have ever seen.” I later saw her account on Instagram and thought “I’ll shoot my shot but there is NO CHANCE she would ever give me the time of day...” Almost 5 years later and here we are. I regret not going and talking to her in person LIKE A MAN but alas. I’m blessed with the most kind, gorgeous, loving, gentle, humble, Godly woman I could’ve ever dreamed to have. I get to marry not only my best friend, but the love of my life.
