The "Travel & Lodging" section of this website provides information and links to three hotels in the area: (1) The Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort (where we have a group rate code for 20 rooms); (2) The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Poulsbo; and (3) The Point Casino & Hotel in Kingston. Alternatively, you might prefer to book an AirBNB or other house rental in Poulsbo, Suquamish, Kingston, or on Bainbridge Island.
We've provided more information on the "Travel & Lodging" section. For those coming from the Tacoma/South Sound area, we recommend driving via Highway 16 W. For those coming from the Seattle area, we recommend taking either the Edmonds-Kingston ferry or the Seattle-Bainbridge ferry.
Yes, Kiana Lodge has 160 parking spaces total. There are 55 spaces in the main lot and 3 satellite parking lots nearby. With that said, we encourage you to carpool if that is doable for you.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on your wedding invitation and/or included in your total guest count when you are RSVPing online. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you understand.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions—and apart from a few exceptions for some folks in our wedding party—we cannot accommodate your children on our wedding day. We appreciate your understanding and hope you're able to make a fun date night out of the evening!
You can RSVP directly through this website. We ask that you please RSVP by May 5, 2025.
As anyone from Washington will know, it is impossible to predict the weather here. The average high in Poulsbo in late-May is usually around 60° F, with a chance of rain around 25%.
We are hoping to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, but we are prepared to have the entire wedding indoors if it is raining. The reception will be indoors no matter what.
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Some potential clothing options: a suit or dress shirt with a tie, dresses, dressy separates, or pantsuits.
Our wedding palette includes a dark/storm blue, gray, and eucalyptus green. You're welcome to match that palette or rock any other color (apart from white lol). The bridesmaids will be wearing floor-length, storm blue dresses from Kennedy Blue.
