***NOTE: you must call to book a hotel room, you can not do it online*** This is about a 30 minute ride to the venue. We have reserved a number of rooms at this hotel, when you call say your with the Hardy/Briggs wedding OR use code C-HBW for the group rate. There is a 2 night minimum required for the room block, you will need to book Friday the 19th-Sunday the 21st to get the group rate. Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. The hotel does not guarantee early check in as that time of year is very popular for them. Of course you can book one night separate from the group rate but you will have to book it separately. (Wedding party will be housed on-site so this message does not pertain to certain people)
Shuttle
Shuttle service from hotel room block
September 20, 2025 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will be running to and from the guest hotel! Shuttle times are as follows: Leaving hotel to go to venue - 2:30 pm Leaving venue to go to hotel- 9:00pm, 10:15pm, 11:30pm. On the day of the wedding, the driver will share their personal cell phone with us to allow our guests who need shuttle services during the event to be at their service. Please see our day of coordinator for this if necessary, otherwise please utilize our established shuttle times above! The shuttle will not run past the last pick up from the venue of the night. Please plan accordingly.
