The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm, and to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience, entry to the venue will be closed once the ceremony starts. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to find your seat, as the venue is a short walk from the parking lot.
The ceremony venue offers a spacious parking lot just a short walk away, ensuring ample space for all guests. However, the reception venue is located in Downtown Bentonville, where parking is more limited. However, there is a free public parking lot right across the street and there are some parking garages nearby, along with street parking options surrounding the venue.
Our dress code is dressy casual! This is a relaxed yet polished look, more elevated than casual but no pressure to be formal! Wedding party colors are dusty blue, navy blue, and ivory. Guests that choose to wear white for either the ceremony or reception will be asked to change.

Unfortunately, we will not be hosting children for either the ceremony or the reception unless expressly discussed prior to the wedding. We appreciate your understanding during our special occasion!
No. While we invite guests to take pictures and share memories from the reception, we request that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We will be happy to share all of the pictures our photographer captures during this special day!
While we appreciate your excitement and good intentions, unless you are in the photo with the bride and groom please refrain from posting pictures on social media before official wedding photos are released.
You can contact Kya or Travis with any questions up until June 7th (the day before the wedding). After that please refer to the invites and website for questions so the couple can relax and enjoy the celebrate.
For cocktail hour there will be a Charcuterie table. For the reception there will be a buffet with: - Spring Salad - Seasoned Sliced Chicken Breast with the choice of a Creamy Tuscan Sauce or a Lemon Butter Caper Sauce - Reverse Seared Sliced Tres Major - Seasoned Grilled Green Beans - Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes - Buttered Dinner Rolls There will be lemonade, tea, and water available - as well as a cash bar.
Although it is called a cash bar, the venue only accepts cards. Please plan accordingly.
