    Let's Get Married!
    COVID-19

COVID-19

We are moving forward with our wedding with extra precautions in place to ensure everyone's health and safety. We understand that COVID-19 has completely changed how people interact with one another, and we want to ensure all guests feel safe and comfortable at our wedding. With that said, we know that there are some who may not feel comfortable attending, and we completely understand. We appreciate your well wishes and know you will be celebrating with us from afar.
Question

Will guests be able to socially distance at the wedding?

Answer

Our venue is 7200 square feet, and with our more intimate guest count, it will be easy to establish appropriate social distancing between guests. The CDC currently recommends that event spaces function at 50% capacity. Our venue's maximum capacity is 325 people, so we will be far below the 50% capacity mark. We also plan to separate our social and dining areas within the room so that those who wish to maintain space can do so comfortably.

Question

What is the mask policy at the Pritzlaff?

Answer

Our venue is requesting that guests wear masks into the facility. They will be able to space guests out appropriately in the galleria for the ceremony, but encourage continued use of masks throughout the ceremony. Once guests arrive in the main space for cocktail hour, use of masks is recommended, but not required. We encourage all guests to practice safe social distancing measures whenever possible.

Question

What other steps is the venue taking to ensure guests are safe?

Answer

All Pritlzaff staff and other vendors will wear masks for the entirety of the event. Pritzlaff will be providing new glassware with each drink, and we are providing an open bar to minimize handling of money/cards by bar staff, though we encourage you to bring a cash tip for the bartenders' jar if you utilize the bar service. Pritzlaff staff will also be wiping down handrails/surfaces/bathrooms every half hour. There will be hand sanitizer stations present throughout the venue. We also ask that if you feel ill for several days leading up the event or the day of the event, you celebrate with us from home.
