Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code for the wedding is Cowboy Cocktail. Think elevated western — classy, polished, and stylish with a country flair. We’d love guests to embrace western-inspired fashion while still keeping it cocktail attire appropriate. Cowboy boots are encouraged but not required — western heels or dressy footwear fit perfectly too. While we'd love for guests to embrace the cowboy cocktail theme, participation is completly optional! If western attire isn't your style, semi-formal is absolutely welcome as well. Our main goal is for everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate with us!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 1, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

3:30PM. Seating will begin at 3:45PM. Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM.

What are the meal options?

Answer

Our caterer is Meat Heads. We have chosen the buffet option. The food that will be provided is Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes & Pasta Salad.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking at the venue for both as they are both hosted at the same venue.

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably with the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance by noting it on your RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
