Will there be a room block for wedding guests?
Answer
Yes! There is a block of rooms at the "Holiday Inn Harrisburg (Hershey Area) I-81" for guests who wish to come into town early, stay the night of the wedding or both! There are hotel rooms for December 6th and December 7th, as well as a small group of rooms for Thursday, December 5th if needed. Reservations can be made online at www.stayholiday.com. Select the check-in and check-out dates you desire and then using the rate preference box, select group code and enter the code "KH1". ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY NOVEMBER 5TH TO GET THE GROUP RATE

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our nearest and dearest.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your kiddos, however we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of any children who are invited.

What should I wear?

Formal Attire Our wedding colors are emerald green and copper if you would like to dress complementary to the theme - think jewel tones - Women: Floor or tea length dresses Men: Suits, dress pants, dress shirts & sport coats *Winter Vibes* Please no jeans or t-shirts.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Answer
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride (i.e. Whites, Ivories and Creams) and refrain from wearing black dresses unless you are a member of the wedding party.

Is there parking onsite?
Answer
There is parking available at the venue for guests. There are limited spaces at the venue itself, but guests may park in Fulton Bank's parking lot across the street, free of charge.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Get ready to celebrate!

I have a food allergy, what should I do?
Answer
We will be serving appetizers and dinner that can accommodate a variety of food allergies. Please indicate any food allergy when you RSVP so that we may plan accordingly.
