We’re getting married!

Unos buenos amigos en común nos presentaron de la manera mas milennial, por FB, después de varias semanas de platicar por Messenger y caernos muy bien, JP dio el primer paso y me invito a cenar al sushi, jamas olvidaremos nuestro primer Date, fue de esas cenas que jamas quieres que se acaben, sin duda la mas bonita, divertida, especial e importante de nuestras vidas! Our story begins in one of the most “millennial” ways possible, with both of us meeting thru friends in common via Facebook. It all started with text messages to one another, until we finally decided to go on a first date. Alexandra accepted an invitation to meet for sushi in San Diego, and after spending hours eating, drinking, and chatting about life, we were kicked out as the restaurant was closing. We wanted to keep the night going, and decided to go for desert, until once again closing time. We were having such a great time, that we did not wanted the night to end.

Nada mas de recordar ese día se nos pone una sonrisa de punta a punta en la cara. Literal una sorpresa muy al estilo JP y muy nosotros, después de una botella de vino, JP se fue al estudio donde empezó a cantar la canción que siempre le dedico, ( Mi razón de ser ), al principio no sabia que canción era ya que le cambio totalmente la música y el genero, al darme cuenta la empece a cantar con el, al final de la canción se arrodillo y me pidió que pasara el resto de su vida a su lado, que quería que recordara ese día como uno de los mas felices de nuestra vida, ya no como uno muy triste ( Ese día mi Nicky cumplía un mes de haberse ido y me tenia muy triste ), y me prometio siempre hacer lo que este en sus manos para hacerme feliz! After a year of dating, Juan Pablo had realized that he was with the person that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with, so he decided to propose. He surprised her with his own cover version of “Mi razon de ser” which is a song that means a lot to both. He played it in the piano, and was singing to her. It was during the bridge / outro, when he kneels down, and asks the question, to which Alexandra responded with a profound YES !!!
