Bridesmaid
Megan met Hannah at Great Expectations Day Care where they became best friends as Hannah tried to teach Megan how to whistle (she still can't). From soccer carpools to sleepovers in Hannah's basement, their childhood memories together are endless. Hannah now lives in Colorado and is finishing law school.
Bridesmaid
Megan and Civs (short for her maiden name, Civitello) met when they were awkwardly forced by their parents to say hi to each other at a soccer game. (Fun fact: Megan's dad and Civ's mom went to high school together!) Little did they know the friendship was actually a perfect fit. Civs now lives in D.C. where she is completing her residency at Children's National Medical Center.
Bridesmaid
After meeting at Rochambeau Middle School, Megan and Erin became best friends over many fro-yo dates, *almost* Fray concerts (long story), and high school field hockey. Foley now lives in California where she is working towards being a hand therapist at Rady Children's Hospital.
Bridesmaid
Megan met Elizabeth at the end of freshman year when they both served on Villanova's Special Olympics Committee. They became roommates Junior year (shoutout Tricia and Kori) and went on to live together for five more years - filled with Wing It Wednesdays, beach trips, wine nights, and spontaneous trips to Handel's Ice Cream. Megan currently misses Elizabeth's cleanliness and 9 pm bedtime.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Megan were roommates (with Elizabeth) in Conshohocken for the last two years while they bonded over lattes, tea, and a common fear of creepy crawlies. Sarah often cooked Megan dinner after long days of working together (read: working remotely on their two entirely different jobs next to each other).
Bridesmaid
Annie and Megan peaked together attending the Eras Tour in Switzerland, accidentally ordering espresso martinis at breakfast in Lake Como, and taking turns being good cop/bad cop to Chris during their travels. Annie has been responsible for introducing Megan to Aperol Spritzes, bringing Megan on endless hot girl walks, and feeding Bakey too many sweet treats.
Best Man
Matt met Nick at his birth on September 7, 2000. Nick is Matt's middle brother. Considered the black sheep of the Villanova family, Nick went to Notre Dame (slacker!) and he now lives outside DC.
Best Man
Jack is Matt's youngest brother and is in his senior year at Villanova. While considered by some to be a larger, taller, blonde version of Matt, Jack is still looking for his first win against Matt in a round of 18 holes!
Groomsman
Griffin is Megan's twin brother and has become good friends with Matt over the years that Matt and Megan have been dating. Griffin lives in CT and works as a lawyer in his spare time when he's not drawing up the plans for his log cabin in Montana.
Groomsman
Matt and Shawn met in freshman year at Villanova and immediately became friends when they saw each other rocking Eagles gear around the dorm. Many tailgates later, Shawn and Matt remain close friends, and even lived together for a year in Fairmount. Shawn now lives in South Philly (for easy access to all things Philly Sports). Go Birds.
Groomsman
THE one and only Christopher-Bryan-Christopher-LeClerc. Matt had to fight Megan for which side he will stand on at the wedding! Chris and Matt became friends freshman year and were roommates for 5 years both at Villanova, and in Philadelphia after graduation. Chris is always down for an adventure, and will most certainly have the floorplan of the Wadsworth Mansion memorized before he arrives to the wedding.
Groomsman
Brendan (Blund) lived in the dorm room next to Matt during freshman year at Villanova, and would often crash on their beanbag to escape his *interesting* randomly assigned roommates. As fellow mechanical engineers, Brendan and Matt had nearly every class together and went on to live together with Chris LeClerc in Philadelphia for 3 years after graduation. A loyal public servant, Brendan was elected to the Philadelphia City Council Executive Committee Division 33, Ward 8 in a landslide 2-vote victory by his roommates, and has since moved to Boston to escape his political responsibilities.
