Hotel Block at King and Prince?
Answer
The King and Prince is our wedding venue and the most convenient place to stay for the weekend. Guests staying here will be right on-site for wedding events, with beach access, resort amenities, and no need to worry about transportation to and from the venue. This is a great option for family, wedding party, and anyone who wants the full St. Simons resort experience. METHOD OF RESERVATIONS Individual Call-In: Attendees will call 800-342-0212, during normal business hours, and reference the group name "Ozyoruk Bruce Wedding" before reserving a room. Upon request, the Group Rooms Coordinator can provide the contact with a link so attendees may book online as well. A room must be guaranteed by means of a major credit card or with a deposit equal to the first night's room rate. Unless otherwise specified, all meeting attendees, guests, and related individuals shall be responsible for the cost of their own sleeping room and related accommodations, local and state taxes, resort fee, and all incidental expenses. Individual Reservation Cancellation Policy: A charge of one night's room, tax, and services fee will result for failure to show up for a confirmed reservation or for cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival. Hotel will add a Resort Services Fee of $39.00 plus tax per night to the Organization's guestroom rate. This fee will cover several amenities, which include the following: • Two beach chairs and one umbrella (4 hours / daily) • Two bike rentals per day, per room (4 hours / daily) • Beach and Pool Towel Service Self-Parking during stay and events • Wi-Fi access in guestrooms • Two bottled waters per day • Local and domestic phone calls, fitness center, tennis court access and computer/printer access

Can we bring kids?
Answer
YES! Kids are welcome to come for dinner, dancing, the ceremony, etc. But we need to know in advance whether they will be eating at the event. Recommended Babysitter service (Family has used them 5-6 times and very impressed): https://sittersbytheshore.com/
