We met while both attending school at Valparaiso University. We came across each other a few times throughout the years at different events and even took a class together. Lauren was taking the very difficult 300 level Accounting class and struggling while Tom breezed right through to Lauren's amazement! (The truth is Tom was retaking the class in the last semester of his senior year because his advisor made him...) It wasn't until many years later in 2008 when we were reconnected at a party at Lauren's brother's house. Tom and Kevin are Fraternity Brothers and knew each other for many years before we started our relationship. After many nights of AIM messaging (man are we old...), Tom invited Lauren up to WI to be his wedding date for a coworkers wedding. That's right, it all started with a wedding, and now here we are!

We dated long distance for about 10 years until September 2019 when we purchased a home in Wauwatosa, WI. We love being in Wisconsin and are excited for what the future has in store for us. We are located a few blocks from Tom's grandma. This is a community Tom's family has been part of for many years, and now the story will continue! We can't wait to celebrate with you!
