Cocktails and Appetizers 4:30pm Dinner & Dancing to Follow. Parking is available across the street from the reception at the Buhl Garage in the Buhl Building, 535 Griswold St. Parking is available 24 hours at a flat nightly rate of $10 when entering the garage after 4 pm. The Guardian Building is a historic skyscraper that is a landmark of Art Deco art and architecture. Free 1 hour guided tours are offered by Pure Detroit (www.puredetroit.com).
