Question

What are the meal options for dinner?

Answer

Because the cuisine will consist of in-season ingredients, we do not have details as to the options. The Culinary School is planning to have a white meat option, a red meat option, and a fish option (as well as a vegan option upon request) as the main dish. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will work with the chefs to accommodate!

Will I be able to find last minute accomodations?

Answer

The Les Cheneaux area does not have an abundance of rental options. We have provided quite a few options, but be aware that those fill up fast, and some have a minimum stay requirement. Ben and Erin will be taking most of the week off prior to the wedding and will be staying in the area - so if you feel like making a vacation out of the trip, we'll be there!

Do I have to choose my meal preference without knowing what it is?

Answer

We would like to give the School an idea of what people might order prior to the reception. However, if you choose the red meat with your RSVP and the fish looks better on the day of - get that fish!
