GG: I met Kurt at a bonfire in Wayne, Nebraska. Everyone had left the fire except for Kurt and I. He was wearing a Canadian tuxedo and a cowboy hat, so I had to call him a “California Cowboy.” We became friends after that especially because he cooked often! One night while we were hanging out at his house, Macy FaceTimed Kurt and asked if we wanted to go to California for a crawfish boil at Jenna and Austin’s. We weren’t even dating yet, but he insisted that I come along! A month later, we took a flight to the West Coast! He showed me around to his favorite places — Cronies.....and the rest is history! Not far from Leo Carrillo, we drove up to Malibu to see the ocean view & that’s where he finally asked me to be his girlfriend! Kurty: I first noticed Glorious in a college class, one I may have only showed up to 5 or 6 times. I usually only went because there was beautiful girl who sat in the front drinking a coffee out of a mason jar. I didn’t know yet but I was looking at my soon to be wife. Fast forward a few months, yes I was wearing a Canadian tuxedo sitting by the fire when my buddies invited her and her friends over. Thanks Ian. From there it was a series of horrible DM’s thinking I was smooth. But I think that won her over, I remember the night I knew Glorious would be the one. We went on top of a roof in Wayne after a few drinks at the Max, and there I told her I was going to marry you one day. And then it proceeded to down pour on us, and that sealed the deal. I knew from that moment I found her!
