2:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Shuttles will leave only from Hotel Crescent Court to the wedding venue at Dallas Oasis promptly at 2pm. Anyone staying at other hotels can meet at Hotel Crescent Court to utilize shuttles. No other transportation will be provided to the venue. Driving is as an alternative.
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
The Baraat is a procession to signify the groom's journey to unite with the bride and join the two families. This lively parade will start at the gravel parking lot of the venue and continue to the steps of the main hall where the ceremony will take place. Please be advised, this will take place outside. This event will start promptly at 3pm. You don't want to miss this!
4:00 pm - 5:15 pm
The ceremony will take place inside the main building of Dallas Oasis. We ask that all guests not joining the baraat still arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
7:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Please wear Indian or Western formal. See the 'dress code' tab for examples.
After the baraat and ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing all evening!
