How We Met
Our story is the rare exception of politics bringing people together.
In May of 2022 we both attended the MN GOP state convention held in Rochester, MN. After endorsing the gubernatorial candidate we met at an after party. Interest was piqued when we learned we both lived in St. Paul. Phone numbers were quickly exchanged. Through a series of events (one of which being Kurt's ride home wanting to hit the casino) Kate ended up giving Kurt a ride back to St. Paul the following morning. The rest, as they say, is history.
