Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll take the evening to relax, dance, and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue? What if we need a taxi?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of on-site parking is available. If you plan to leave your car overnight (please, absolutely no drinking and driving) we kindly ask that all vehicles be picked up by 10:00 a.m. the following morning. After that time, the venue may need to arrange for remaining cars to be moved at the owner’s expense. Transportation: Should anyone be needing transportation to and from the wedding, both taxis and Ubers come to Cambium and can be pre-booked.  The taxis service is: GTA Cabs Orangeville (519) 215-7979).  If not pre-booking, it is a good idea to plan to order the service of your choosing at least 1.5hrs in advance as sometimes they take awhile to arrive.

Is there a smoking section?

Answer

In accordance with Region of Peel By-Law 20-2013, smoking (including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping) is not permitted inside or within nine meters of any building on the property. Designated smoking areas are available in the courtyard for guests who wish to step outside and enjoy a smoke.

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. While we do not have a formal registry, any contributions to help us begin our life together would be warmly appreciated.

Dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), with the reception taking place in a barn. For comfort, we suggest that ladies avoid very high heels and consider bringing a light sweater for the evening if necessary.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

We are happy to accommodate all dietary restrictions and food allergies. When you RSVP, please let us know of any requirements so we can ensure your meal is prepared just for you.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! We hope you’ll enjoy drinks on us for the evening as we celebrate together, while keeping the evening safe, fun and enjoyable for everyone.
