Our favorite people, we are so excited to celebrate with you on the big day!

[Kurtis] When I met Hannah Weaver my whole life made sense. At a pool party, early in July, My cousin (and best man) Matt first recommended Hannah to me and told me about her family and that she loves Jesus (and of course showed me a picture of her). I was very curious as to how someone so beautiful, from a big family, and who loves Jesus existed, in Middlebury!! [Hannah] Meanwhile, my friend, Anna (who is Matt's wife), asked me if I would be willing to go on a date with this amazing guy who loves Jesus, and I agreed. Kurtis asked me to meet him at 8 o'clock in the morning, at a place he didn't even know was my favorite coffee shop EVER.. and also his favorite! On the morning of the date it was pouring rain, and as I was driving there I got a text from him that said, "its pouring rain so let me know when you get here. I have a big umbrella so I will come and walk you to the door." Right then, I knew Kurtis was different, and a sweet sweet surprise that The Lord orchestrated in His perfect timing. But our first date continued to get better and better. We were the only two people in the coffee shop, and sat there talking for just under three hours. He captured my attention right away, and I immediately felt like our souls gravitated toward each other's. [Kurtis] I still remember when she walked in the coffee shop in her cute sweater and jean shorts. When she walked up to me and I saw her pure blue eyes, I literally thought to myself, "No wayyy...". I had a moment where all the waiting and heartache of my past, joined in an excitement of, what if she is the one? When we sat down and started to talk, I couldn't believe my eyes. She was elegant, calm, and had this sweet presence about her that I wanted to know. She didn't give me more than I could handle, and left enough mystery that kept me talking past my golf reservation at 9 (thankfully it was raining and it got canceled anyway). [Hannah] Two weeks later, I couldn't believe I was on my way to meet his entire family at a family reunion. He quickly became my best friend. Five months later I said YES, and now I get to marry the one my soul loves!
