Bus Boarding

1:00 pm

*We require all guest to board this bus, unless we have personally asked you to drive your own vehicle, thank you for understanding.*

Woohoo! The time has finally come to board the bus to take you to our special day, I can confirm that the bus will leave from the pick up point at 1:15pm, but we will require everyone to be at the Star Casino pick up point by 1:00pm to prepare to board and for a headcount. If you think you won't be there by at least 1:10pm, please call my bus leader (Deb Robinson) to let her know on 0427 748 049. This is a very strict leaving time at the Star Casino and the bus will NOT wait, so PLEASE don't miss it!

Arrival

2:00 pm

You will all arrive to the venue by 2:00pm, the bus will park in the guest parking lot and you will stroll around to the ceremony location, we will have staff on arrival to guide the way and they will have a golf buggy to those who may need it.

Ceremony

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Once arrived to the ceremony location, please take your seats and be mindful of the reserved signs. Our amazing celebrant, Maria, will be there to guide everyone and will inform you of any information needed.

Family/Group Photos

3:15 pm

This will be the time to take one big group photo with everyone, we will also be taking pictures with immediate family in different combinations.

Cocktail Hour

3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Whilst we go off to take pictures together and relish in the buzz of finally being newly weds, this will be the time for you all to unwind and enjoy some canapés, lawn games and have a drink.

Reception

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Reception will consist of speeches, dinner, dessert and a whole lot of dancing! (If you would like to make a speech, please let us know ahead of time.)

Home Time

10:30 pm

It's time to end the night, the bus will have a very strict 10:30pm pick up time from the venue, the drop off location will be back at The Star Casino.

After the bus drops us all back to the Star Casino, why not stay a little? Feel free to continue the night with us for a bit longer. Drinks, fun and maybe spend a little money ;)
