5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Formal Fall Night theme: Suits, gowns, cocktail dresses and formal wear from all cultural backgrounds are welcome. Fall colors are encouraged but black is completely acceptable.
Ceremony and reception will take place in the historic yellow barn. There is a designated parking lot a few hundred feet away. Please leave the kids with a sitter.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Enjoy handmade Hors D'oeuvres and appetizers by Mother of the bride, Ann Stone. Use the first plate at your seat for the food during this time. There will be an open bar serving wine and beer but remember to bring cash for tipping. The bartenders are working hard for you so please show your appreciation. Feel free to use the photo prop specially made for you by the bride and her father, Larry Stone.
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Dinner will begin promptly once wedding party returns. The salad course will be served followed by a formal buffet. Both courses provided by The Scarlett Runner Catering. All the unique china from the tables were hand picked for you by the bride.
7:30 pm
The Bride and Groom will have their first dance as husband and wife. Followed by the family dances.
7:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Dancing is one of the bride's favorite things to do, so dance like your life depends on it. This will be a judgment free zone so bring comfy shoes or kick those bad boys off.
8:30 pm
We will cut and serve the beautiful cake made by bridesmaid, Erin Lebo. You'll need the celebratory sugar to dance the rest of the night.
