Rebecca & James

Rebecca and James met at Wake Forest University School of Law. They began dating March 24, 2018 and spent the next couple years surviving law school. During that time, they figured out a few things...like how James is secretly a bowling champ, and Rebecca takes Sorry! very seriously. But most importantly, they decided this was it for them, forever. 

In 2019, Rebecca graduated and moved to Dallas, and James spent his 3L year studying and flying out for monthly visits. After eight months of that, and with a global pandemic as the cherry on top, James graduated in May 2020 and joined her. Not soon after, they took another leap and bought their first home in July. 

On January 23, 2021, James proposed in the home they share. After an intimate celebratory brunch, they came home to his big secret--a surprise engagement party with friends and family who had helped him plan for months.

Now, on March 19, 2022, five days short of their four year anniversary, Rebecca and James will say "I do!"
